    Default No Device Connected Error

    I just purchased the Rhyme from Verizon on Saturday. I have installed HTC Sync 3.0.5581 on both my home laptop and my work pc. When I connect my phone it gives me this error "No Device Connected". I have the USB Debugging enabled. What do I need to do to be able to sync my phone? Please help. I have also tryed to go to Settings - Connect to PC and chosen HTC Sync from my phone and that did not work.
