Thread: my htc s620 turns off when wifi is working

Hi Team,

I need help with my htc s620, it turns off by itself when wifi is working, the scenario is like this

1.- the phone is on
2.- I turn on the wifi
3.- Start to web browse a webpage
4.- then the phone turns off

but if I do all the previous listed steps; with the phone connected to the computer, then I can navigate without any problems

I think will probably be the battery.. I'll change it for my girl's excalibur battery to see what the cell do!

I'm having the same problem on my HTC TMOBILE DASH. Start using Wifi couple mins into it, crash, phone completely off. I've done a master reset, problem still here. Not sure what else I can do. My friend owns the same one and he has the same issues with Wifi. I would really like to know why. If anyone has any updates that would be great.

How is s620 for browsing internet? If that is common problem then it sucks, because i like this phone very much, but i don't know how is it good for internet?
