Thread: When I turn on my HTC s620 windows mobile welcome screen appears and still appearing

Hi !
I have a dangerous proplem , that when i turn on my HTC S620 , The windows Mobile
Welcome Screen ( Which appears while turning on the phone ) appears and still appearing
The Phone Can't Be Turned on , i can't turn it on
Please Tell me how to fix this proplem quickly ...

Sounds like you may need to Hard Reset your device.
Resetting your phone will remove all the data from its memory which include contacts, tasks, calendar appointments, and more, and restore the phone back to the factory default settings.
To do this start with the device Off..
1. Press and hold both soft keys.( the little - symbols at the top of the keypad)
2. Press and hold POWER button for 2 seconds, then release only POWER button.
3. Press "0" key to hard reset T-mobile Dash.

I got it , i did it and a message appeared i clicked 0 button
but the windows mobile welcome screen appeared , and the proplem didn't solve
