Thread: Hearing Problem

i recently got the vox and offlate (4days since buying it), i am having a problem with the speaker while making a call. the voice crackles and i cannot hear anything else other than the crackling sound. anyone has had such issues or am i the only one having it? should i reset the phone? if yes, then how? i had installed quite a lot of freewares and java appz, which i have already uninstalled and still the issue hasn't solved..
i am using windows vista x32 and using active sync with it.

it looks like radio problem... u can try to reset [u will lose all your data so backup first]... go to the expert folder and clear storage.... or u might want to update your rom from htc site.
