Guys, I hope you can help.

I have a new Sensation XE. When I plug it into my Laptop (running WIN Vista SP2), nothing happens. Reading my user manual for the phone, it should ask what sort of connection I want (charge, disk drive, HTC Synch, etc). But it does nix...

If I open Win explorer, it SHOWS the phone as a connected drive, but if I click on that drive, it prompts me to "insert a disk into removable disk (G

If I open HTC Synch, the screen tells me that "there is no device connected".

Any suggestions?

Once you connect your phone to your laptop just go to the notification area and then select what option you want. eg: Disk drive or just charge
