Thread: Sensation XL Problem

My Sensation XL battery bar is grey and displaying an exclamation mark, does anybody know why this is? it also keeps turning itself off

I am having the same issue, also when it turns itself off it uses a massive amount of battery power (about 15% in one hit) mainly it seem to happen when i am in the low 30% on my battery but i know one thing it is really annoying, any advice would be most welcome
