Thread: Update on Sensation Problems

As some of you may have noticed, I posted up the other day having problems with my Sensation XE. Well I just found out my problem......

It WASNT the HTC Sensation XE. It's just a plain HTC Sensation.

I am a typical blonde girl who doesn't ask too many questions, and the guy who scammed me out of £300, he flashed the software and the phone was trying to run on XE software, and for that reason continually crashing, as it was unable to cope with this.

This would ALSO explain why the sound quality is nothing like I expected!

The phone ''touchwood'' has not yet crashed since having its proper os installed back onto it last night.

Viber doesn't work because Viber does not yet support Android 4.0+ and my Sensation is currently running on 4.0.3 Icecream & not gingerbread.

Thanks to those who replied to my last thread but let this be a warning to you all, people like this flash software, and sell to the less experienced (the blonde lol) and get away with it. Police won't get involved as it is a civil matter.

Glad I got one thing out of it though, a phone....

My only issue now is I also found out the phone was not paid outright, it was infact a contract phone and still is contract, so lets hope they don't phone up and get it blocked, which I have a feeling they will as I turned up to their house and tried kicking the door down!
