Thread: Notification sounds problem.

Hi, dear!
Last week I bought an HTC Sensation ) I am very excited about it. I just LOVE IT. A perfect phone with just a little cons.
But I have a problem with it. I can't hear a notification sounds. I got the vibrate when I receive a message, but there is no sound. Also when I am listing the sounds to choose, there is not a "preview". Nothing hears ://
What can cause that ? Any suggestions ?

Dare I ask, is the volume turned up? Have you tried the ear phones?
