Just bought not even 1 week ago! The problem of software hang(?) had caused my deep feeling of uncertainty.. why on earth this smartphone just refuses to make a call? Not even manipulating the auto / manual could either way help. As for that matter I am now not reluctant to part with to the point of accepting a refund for 50% less than what I had paid for:-)

My smartphone just refused to transfer the video contents on to my pc (currently using windows vista). Hopefully after installing HTC Sync Suite the problem is resolved:-)
