Thread: Cant delete deleted sms +video

I have htc smart.
When I deleting a lot of sms (~1000) all ok.
When I go to deleted messages and select clear all (a lot of sms) I get error and phone restarting.
Again go deleted messages, click clear all and nothing happend.

I have the same problem. Its possible to clear the deleted sms one by one, but not all of them at the same time. Maybe this happens when the deleted messages are to many? Im gonna try to clear a lot of them one by one, and then again try to clear all of them.
Have you found out any solution yet?

restarts fix htc rom update, but not also not deleting...

I have found a solution for that....though it might not be a complete one.

1. Do a hard reset of the phone (Backup ur data into the memory card and remove it before doing it including your contacts).
2. After the hard reset, the messages in the DELETED MESSAGES folder will be deleted.
3. Now everytime you get a message see to it you delete it and then go to the deleted message folder and clear it individually.
