How do you hard reset a HTC Snap?

Hi folks,

Got two phones here with forgotten passwords on the Afaria management client. Can't get into WM to clear the storage, and there's no stylus on the phone so hard reset instructions from other forums don't work.

Does anyone know how to hard reset one of these? I have a WM6.1 and WM6.5 version of it.

Nevermind, found it! Volume up and power button do the job

two ways to do this go to start menu then applications and click clear storage.... or my fav.. go to power down hold volume down button and green send and red hang up button all 3 together screen will change then follow instrucions on screen

That doesn't work on my HTC Snap. The trick below works though, power up by holding just the volume up button, red screen appears and hit green to reset the device.
