    Default htc snap S521 changes time zone when connected to laptop on Win 7 Home Premium

    I have an htc snap S521. When I connect this to sync with my Asus laptop on OS Windows 7 Home Premium the time zone changes from (GMT +2 Pretoria) to (GMT +2 Minsk). Although in theory these are both GMT +2 timezones, my appointments etc all change by one hour. (Possibly Minsk uses a summertime hour change). The regional settings on the laptop are : (UTC +02:00) Harare. Pretoria. I live in Harare, Zimbabwe which is also GMT +2) Please help.
