Thread: Phone settings

I have acquired a second hand Snap, the phone was being used on O2 contract. I want to use it it on O2 pay as you go. the standard fuctions work OK with my sim i.e. phone/text but I cannot get the settings for internet browsing or email set up. O2 are not being very helpfull, is there any out there can assist me.
