Thread: Tattoo USB Connection Problem; Nothing happens...

Hi,

Recently whenever I plug my HTC Tattoo into my computer via USB, nothing happens, and won't recongise it being there. No pop-up comes up on my phone either. I'm on Vista. Is there anything I can do short of a complete phone reset to see if that works?

What i'm now getting if I connect, power off, power on...

is that the phone is an unrecognised usb device from my computer. for that reason HTC Sync does not recognise it... could really use some help heh.

Hm in last few days I have same problem. Power off power on is only one solution Windows xp sp3 here.

but not by htc synchro or phone

plz HELP

I have the same problem on 2!! HTC Tattoos's HTC This is a REAL Issue pls do something!
