Thread: After factory reset my Tattoo won't upload from my SIM

My Tattoo's become unstable: it's randomly rebooting daily, and has twice done a factory reset on me. Since this started happening, it won't read the info stored on my SIM. It's only got the contacts it's synced with Gmail. Has the factory reset somehow erased my SIM contacts? Is there a way to explore the SIM from my PC? How do I get all my contacts back? Please help!!
