Unable to copy contacts from your device.

I'm loving my Thunderbolt, but I'm having a problem syncing it with Outlook using HTC Sync. Everything seems to work fine but the contacts. I get the "Unable to copy contacts from your device." error in HTC Sync.

ANyone else seen this? Have a solution?

Yes. But it has only just started...today. for three months it has been fine. And now, unable to sync contacts. I have changed nothing so I don't know what it could be. It occured immediately after I did a web search so I wonder if that has anything to do with it.

I am having the same issue. Get the same error message. Neither calendar or contacts are syncing on my Thunderbolt. Sync was fine yesterday. Help. Please.

I'm having exactly the same problem. It just started about a week ago. I've searched around why HTC Sync is suddenly broken and I found no answers. Help! Thanks in advance.
