Thread: Need help with HTC 8525, Stereo headset suddenly not working

I have the 8525 and last night I connected my stereo headset to the phone and instead of the sound coming from the stereo headset, the sound was still coming from the phone's internal speaker.
Everything else on the phone is fine except this. Any ideas or the feature is just dead on my phone? My stereo headset connects to the same port as the charger (mini USB) and the phone charges just fine but I cannot get the headset to work.
