    Default Installing new program

    Hello i am trying to put a new browser on my HTC mogul..specifically opera browser. I have a cab file and was wondering if I have to extract it or not? Also where do i put the file on my phone...in the windows folder? program files? on my storage card?

    Any help would be great!
