Thread: Problems making a phone call

Had this phone less than a week and whenever I now make a phone call as soon as I press call the screen goes black and won't turn back on, can still hear and talk over the phone but no way to end the call or use the keypad etc. Only way to hang up is to take the battery out. I'm guessing it's a problem with the proximity sensor, any ideas?
