    Default Random reboots

I will give this a shot being there is no activity in this forum maybe someone will advise me.

Ok I not as concerned about the sound quality of the device as I am with the random reboots.
Phone just sits there. Over night, day time once or twice a day. I use an app called last boot time. I know it happens during the day because I see it.

I had it with a reset and no new applications on it. That made no difference. And I am on the second Titan in my first 30 days.

Hi there. I have just joined the forum. Looked at the date you posted this and I am shocked to say the least that no one has helped you. It sounds like what you have, or had - I dont know if you have resolved the problem, but I had a similar problem with my LG Optimus 7. Ever since I had it it used to randomly reboot. It sounds like a problem with the main mother board. its most likley a problem HTC will have to sort out. If you contact them they should repair it or replace it for you. One thing to mention is this problem can be caused by people charging there phones over night. Its a very bad thing to do. Dont listen to what anyone else says. You CAN overcharge your phone. The manufactures don't tell you that because they want you to go and replace worn out batteries at £50 a time. Overcharging your phone can lead to the software being burnt out. Lithium - Ion batteries and the software in todays phones are very delicate. 3 hours max charging time for these phones.

I have long since abandoned HTC Titan since I never got a real solution to the random reboot/power cycles that occurred every 12 -18 hours on that model phone.
I had 3 Titan in 30 days which I had to return to reverse my upgrade with my carrier at the time. All 3 Titans has the same issues. Call audio quality and the Random reboot. Like I said I would have forgiven the call quality to keep that phone as that is a reflection of HTC and quality control which I would tell callers who said I sounded like I was under water but the random reboots there is no way I could keep that phone. Sorry. This forum must be dead.
