    Default Device is not Working, Windows cannot Start !!!

    My htc Touch 3G suddenly restarted and it cannot start the windows..
    It is only showing on the display the Word "Smart mobility" in the center and on the bottom right showing in red colour the following:
    R 0.27.30.09
    G 12.27.30.09H
    D 1.40.00.00
    and it is not doing anything further ??

    So Does anyone know what is that ?? and How to fix it ?!
