Thread: Fail to Connect using Windows Mobile Device Connect (WMDC)

I'm encounter problem to connect my HTC Touch 3G with my PC running under MS Windows Vista Basic (32-bit) environment. I'm installing the WMDC using the installation CD come together with the phone. My PC does not detect or recognize it when the phone is connecting & WMDC is open. Please advice on how to get it done.

Any recommendation for antivirus for this phone model?
