Thread: Touch 3G Battery Problem

Hey.. I just wanna know that what's the signal appear on the phone when it is fully charged? is it green or yellow? because i charged mine for many hours and it still in yellow...

and i checked the power in the settings, it said that my phone havent been fully charged... how long do i need to wait actually?

If the battery is fully charged, the indicator will be green in color.
If you are not getting it even after charging your device for a long time, i recommend you to switch off your device and remove the battery and insert it again. Just make sure that there is no dust particle in the place where the battery is located.

Even if the problem persists, try charging your device when it is switched off.
If still you are not able to charge the device completely, please contact HTC.

i am having Problem in my Touch 3G battery whenever i try to charge my phone it stays at 35% and never charge fully even a whole night charge

when i try to soft restart the phone it shows 100 % and it works fine..

when ever the battery charge drops below 35 % the problem exists

is this whether software problem or batttery problem
