Thread: Phone does not ring anymore

My phone no longer rings when anyone calls me - and no, it's not in silent mode, and it's the same in 'normal' and 'automatic' sound profiles. I've tried selecting a different ringtone, and although it will play the tone when I'm in the menu system, it still doesn't play when anyone calls - regardless of whether it's the default, or a user-specific ringtone. I've done a soft reset, but still no good. This has been happening for several days now, during which I've turned the phone on and off several times. Help!

Even i am facing more or less similar issue in HTC P3400i. For me situation is like, for any unknown number i.e. contact not stored, it doesn't ring. But if i get the call from same number 2nd time phone rings...
earlier no ring was played for any number.. once i switched to vibrate mode while receiving a call and immediately switched back to normal mode.. very strange but worked out to some extent.. now atleast it rings for known numbers..
