Thread: Rainbow on the screen

Dear,
I have for a while now a problem, I don't know if I can post the picture, it's a screen from top to bottom red-green-blue-white, with the text:
JADE100 64M
SPL-1.40.0000
MicroP-Jade (LED) v5

I cannot do anything anymore, even a reset doesn't help.
Buth every day after I had the problem, the morning after it just seems nothing was wrong
But the last weeks the same problem happens more and more..
Does anyone know what I can do with it?

The picture is not loading up for me, but from your description; it sounds like you are stuck in Bootloader mode. This is the Programming screen, & if you are seeing it, then you probably have a corrupted OS. Go to HTC.com & download the latest Rom update available for your device. Flash the ROM & see if this clears your problem.
Flashing a ROM will cause you to lose all data on the device. This shouldn't too much of a concern for you tho. You probably lost all your data when the OS crashed.
