Thread: Please help!

I bought a Touch 3G last week! Its a very good phone, i like it!
But i have some problems with it...
1st: when i setup the alarm to anytime, the phone wont alarm!!!! :O (Is it a bug in the system?)
2nd: Bad wifi and network signal
3rd: When I wanted to use the cam first time, the cams picture turned 90degrees right :O (WTF???)
If somebody have some solutions to solve these problems please help me!

ps: how can i make a hard reset? or somebody can post me a normal, untouched os? (i dont care if its WM 6.1 or 6.5)
