Thread: touch 3g and windows 7 bluetooth connection issue

Hi Gods,

I have an issue with connecting my htc to acer laptop via bluetooth.

PDA: HTC Touch 3g - windows mobile 6.1
Laptop: Acer AS 6935 G - windows 7 32 bit prof

After search on laptop for new bluetooth device, and pair laptop with pda, then the driver install process begin.

After installed drivers a few bluetooth peripheral device shown in the device manager. I googled it and find a solution (in device manager a have to install this components manually, by choosing microsoft radio controller...etc..etc..)

Now, it seems all component installed. But i can't send files to htc via bluetooth.

I pick a file on my PC, rightclick and send to bluetooth. Starting the copy process but after a few second i got a message in the copy window: service not found.

How can i connect my htc to win 7 via bluetooth to send files?
How can i send SMS via bluetooth from PC?
