Thread: How big a SD or micro SD card can I use?

Hi ,
I have a US Cellular Vogue. How big a card can I put in the phone? I presently have a 2 gig card, but it looks like a back up will almost fill it up! What is the biggest card I can use? will the phone handle a micro SD card?

it all depends on what specs your provider wanted on your phone, i have a verizon xv6900 and by the title of the section it should be the same phone. the phone has a max of 8gb which i am curently using in my phone, i hop this was helpful.

Am I right in assuming that your card is a micro SDHC card?

that is correct sir , i have a sandisk 8gb micro sdhc (4) thats the number in the corner and its real nice. i play music, watch movies and install programs on it, its worth getting.

they are currently working on a 32gb micro sd card,
but only have a regular 32gb sd card right now,
highest micro sd card is 16gb,
but no matter what windows mobile phone,
there is a patch or driver you install
and it allows up to the 32gb micro sd card
(once it's released to public),
but right now there's only a 16gb microsd.
