Thread: XV6900 No Incoming Text

Hello,

I own Verizon's XV6900 and recently I have been having a problem receiving texts. It takes up to an hour for messages to show up on my phone. Is there an easy fix I can do to solve this? Is this maybe with the phone or with Verizon's service?

mine does this maybe once a week.

i do a battery pull, plus a *228. Fixes the problem for awhile. I heard this is a common problem that i have found through my research before i bought this phone.

I have the T-Mobile Dash, I can do make calls, get emails, get on the internet and send texts but i cant receive them.
Can anyone tell me what i can do to fix this problem.
