    Default HTC TouchCruiser Stop at "Smart Mobility"

    Has anybody can fix this problem? My phone can not hard reset, bootloader, Connect with PC.

    After softreset, only Smart Mobility Screen show with R,G,D.

    Looking forward your answer.

    Reflash the ROM.

    Somehow your system became corrupted. You need to reinstall the system OS.
