Thread: Sound problem

Hi,

I purchased my HTC touch cruise two weeks ago. One week later, sound became inoperative during calls, except from the hands free kit, only on the right side, and from the loud speaker.
Suddenly, few days later, even the right side stopped to work. The only way to listen to the calls from then is the loud speaker!!!!!!!
Of course it did not fall or swim....
I tried a soft ans then a hard reset, but sound hasn't come back.
Does anyone have a solution, or met this problem before?

Sounds like hardware failure if a hard reset didn't solve, still under warranty?
