Picture SMS
cannot send pictures even though they are 300k or less...can some explain why i can't send pictures...

Do you have it setup proper? If the settings are proper; Call your provider & ask them why it isn't working. If it isn't setup proper, Call your provider & ask them to walk you thru setting it up. Many providers also offer OTA programming for MMS.
