    Default Camera (video resolution)

    Hi all!
Is there a way to change the 128*96 pixels resolution when recording a video?
The option to change resolution in my phone, no matter what I tried is always unavailable(it's ''greyed", like I can't push the option...)

If the options you want are unavailable, then the only way to change the resolution is by editing the registry. As the registry contains all the operational data, It is HIGHLY recommended that you never change any of the settings. One wrong setting will render the device unbootable.

With that said; Using a regeditor, you can find the camera settings @ HKCU\Software\HTC\Camera\ & HKLM\Software\HTC\Camera\. Be careful what you change. Setting the wrong data can make your camera &/or device inoperable.

Most people use PHM regeditor. It is a freeware Registry editor & can be downloaded @ http://phm-regedit.en.softonic.com/pocketpc
I use Resco Regeditor, because I have Resco '08 installed & the Regeditor is a plugin for it. Resco is not free tho & must be registered. Check out all the features that Resco explorer '08 has to offer & download a 7-day trial @ http://www.resco.net/pocketpc/explorer/

Follow the Registry addys that I listed above. all your resolution settings are located in the sub-addresses for these keys. Open the subkeys labeled P#. Each of these subkeys contain all the settings for the various camera modes that are available.
