Thread: Notification pane shows Media Net time (ever increasing)

Hello all,

I am on ATT.

When I power off the phone and restart it, the notification panel shows ATT with a signal button (clickable that takes you to communication settings)

After running a browser, it replaces that ATT row with a row that says Media Net and instead of a signal, it shows a timer.

After killing all apps, not having any email set up, the notification timer is still going. I don't believe there is data flowing.

Does someone know what this implies? Is there data being transferred and I am not aware of it?
