Thread: Problem with 3G

I switched over from 2G to 3G phone network in BSNL (India). After about a month, the phone erratic. Now and then, callers got a response that the phone was switched off even when the phone was on. At these times, outgoing calls could not be made either. Sometimes, the ringtone would not be heard for an incoming call. While roaming within the city, the phone used to freeze for up to 10 seconds at the time of cell tower hand-over.
Neither HTC Care nor the Service Provider could suggest a solution.
I have switched back to 2G and now I don't have these problems. Has anyone faced this kind of problem?
