Thread: 3G internet connection settings

i am using a htc touch diamond 2, running wm6.5,
(my cell phone company only supports HSPA+)

i was wondering if there is a way to disable mobile internet on the device for certain applications.

i do not have a data package and do not want to connect to the internet other than through a usb to my pc or wireless.

at first i just never configured mobile internet on my device, but now i have found that without configuring data connections i cannot send mms messages. is there a way that i can allow the device to connect for only mms? i am afraid that i might connect by mistake while syncing weather for example and not realise i am connected.
