Thread: Getting rid of user stored T9 words ??

Hi, i'm new to this forum so a big hello to all !

Just got the HTC Touch Dual and when i'm texting using T9 predictive, and i type the WORD "a", it always comes out as a "c", so if i were to type "Hello, have a good day", it would come out as "Hello, have c good day", which is really annoying as i have to keep changing the C to an A !

Is this due to the words stored in the T9 user register (or whatever you call it) ?.

How do i access all the user words in the T9 database and delete them to start afresh ?

I did click on "Clear Stored", but that didn't fix it.
