Thread: SMS Notification & Freezing problem

I'm having a couple issues with my HTC Touch Dual

1 - When the phone master volume is set to vibrate, incoming text message notifications vibrate as well (good). Without changing any settings, if I'm on a call the incoming text message notification becomes the chime. This is really loud and makes the conversation inaudible.

2 - My phone often 'freezes' or is sluggish. This usually happens when I'm receiving a text message or trying to open my text messages. If it's sluggish, it will get through & eventually open. Other times it will totally freeze & I need to remove/replace the battery. After this I always notice a dramatic battery drain (from almost full to almost empty)
