    Hi Abdulkayoom.

Soft reset will only power cycle your device, will not help you unload the issue. Try Hard Reset. Use the manual and perform a hard reset. But before doing this backup you data. Since the device is still powering on, hook it up to a pc with active sync and then copy all the folders including the mem card to your pc. Once done, Hard reset. This will bring you device to the same state as you purchased.

This should resolve the issue. Next step will be load all the application that you require.

    Hi abdulkayoom,

The device will hard reset. If your device is not hardreseting, then you are not performing the hard reset operation correctly.

    1. Power down your device using the Top Power button. Call a friend for help if you cant perform step 2 by your own
    2. Keep the Talk & Stop i.e the Green and Red Button pressed, Power up your device using the top power button.
    3. Take your stylus and insert the stylus in the reset hole at the botton of the device and press the reset button once.
    4. Keep the Green and Red Button present, till you get a message on the device stating it will format.
    5. Once you have that message on the device, leave the green and red button and then press the center button.
    6. The device will hard reset.

    Try a couple of times.
