I bought a HTC P3450

Rom version:1.11.406.101
Processor:OMAP850
Speed:2010Mhz
REsolution:240by320
Ram:64Mb
Please i want to change the language from french to english i have downloaded activesync and Rom6.5
When i try to change the version i received error 270.
So please can you help me out to find a files that can change my HTC to english language.

The P3450 {AKA Herald} does NOT have a 6.5 ROM available {except in custom ROMs}. Since the only way to get 6.5 on your device is thru a custom ROM, you MUST flash the device with HardSPL before flashing the ROM. If you do not have your device HardSPL'd, you WILL brick it!! Google "Herald HardSPL", download the HSPL & apply it to your Herald. Then you can flash whatever ROM you want {Granted you didn't brick it already}!

There is no "File" that can change you language! You must flash an English ROM to get english on your device.
