This sounds like a hardware issue. Do you have warranty coverage? If so, I suggest sending it in for repairs. If it's not warrantied, you can repair it yourself by replacing the motherboard. Have you tried a smaller SD card as well? If you are using a large SD card <8GB there may be a compatibility issue.
