Thread: Problem with network only AIRTEL

Hi,

I am having HTC P3450 mobile and warranty period was over before a month. My problem with only AIRTEL network :cry: . My mobile getting network(Tower) with other service provider like VODAFONE, AIRCEL, UNINOR..... but it's not working with AIRTEL. Some times my mobile is getting Tower with AIRTEL but not able to make calls or getting incoming calls(Not reachable).

When I contacted the service center in chennai they said that they didn't face this kind of problem and after some time they said that need to update OS. So they upgraded WM6.0 to WM 6.1 but still problem persists. For up gradation I paid 300 rupees. The next day I called to service center and informed the situation they said need to change main board. For changing board it will come around 9000 thousand.

If any one knows to solve this problem please reply.

I am also facing the same problem of Airtel SIM. Mine is the HTC Touch P3452 almost 1 1/2 old and for the last 6 months giving problem of network on with Airtel SIM. To resolve this i have upgraded my device with WM6.5 Cooked ROM and same poblem still and also the Device is not starting . Please help

Hi John,

I gave my mobile to service center and they changed my main board and you to get from service center. Call to HTC customer care and they will solve your problem. If your warranty was over then they will ask to pay.

I am also having the same problem with my HTC Touch 3G. They even have changed the motherboard (the phone was under warranty). But still the problem remains.

Is there anyone who has found the solution to the problem? Please reply. I am quite fed up with the problem.

I am having HTC Touch P3452 n warranty period was over. My problem is that my handset is now not working with other networks sims it is working only with Vodafone sim but before month it ok with BSNL, Reliance and Aircel. Now with BSNL its showing Full signal but but im not able to make/receive any calls and with Aircel, Reliance its showing NO signal ????
Please Help....
