Thread: HTC Touch won't be turned on and red light on top flickering while charging

Hi everyone,
I got problem with my HTC Touch.
It won't be turned on and when i put the usb cable / charging cable,
the red/orange light at the top of the phone flickering and the speaker make weird sound (keep buzzing).

do anyone have solution for my problem,

i had same problem but when i changed my os from windows 6.0 to windows 6.1 it got clear
