Thread: display problems :/

Hey there!
my friend has one of these HTC Touch, accidentally it fell on the floor when she was partying.. :-)
the display broke down... I changed the display but it works like 5 minutes and than it says that it needs to be calibrated, so we perform the calibration, but at this time I can´t even pass through the calibration. Have to do the calibration a couple of times and than it works fine again... it worked fine with the new display, bu only for about two weeks
It´s not very user friendly when you have to do the display calibration again and again....
Please any solutions??

I know it's been a while, but if you still hae this problem there are a couple things you can try.

1) Disassembel the device & double check all the connections {particularly the Digitizer}. It's possible that the connection is loose, or not properly inserted.

2) Replace the Digitizer. I recommend that this be done when you replace the LCD anyway.
