hi my htc p3452 turn on perpectly. but touch sense not work. uneble oprete divice.anybody helpme. tnks

You mean the screen does not respond to any operation or action? "Touch Sense" is only the HTC interface on newer devices (wm6.5 and Android phones) and does not appear on the original Touch.

Presumably you have tried restarting your device without any improvements. Try backup your data if you can to your computer's Microsoft Outlook via ActiveSync, remove the memory card then perform a hard reset. If problem persists, then you may have a hardware failure and you will need to have the screen replaced by your authorized HTC distributor. If the warranty has expired, the replacement will be charged to you.
