Thread: HTC touch (P3452) locks itself

I'am facing a new problem of the screen getting locked by itself while doing any other activity on my HTC touch (P3452). For example if I'am browsing the browser gets iconised (minimised)& phone's screen locks itself. I have to unlock it(by tapping the unlock on screen), This happens not once but repetetively by itself many times after some time gap. I have checked the settings of lock, they are disabled. Also some times when an incoming call is ringing the call gets disconnected by itself & screen gets locked.
I have tried a hard reset, but still it does'nt resolve the problem.

Hi,

I got this issue resolved.....The problem was with the Touch Pad. Had to get it changed from the service center.
The new touch pad costs Rs.650..
