Thread: Touch HD ratling noise

Hey there,

I hope one of you can help me out.
I just got my HD last Friday and it makes a noise when I tap it with my finger on the back side on the camera area.
It sounds like something is resonating inside,(a loose screw?) or is this the accelerometer.
I already tried with taking out the battery, squeezing it between my hand, twisting it a bit and so, but it still makes the noise.

Does yours make the same sound when you tap it with your finger.

Please let me know so I won't lose my waranty.

No rattling on mine, seems more hollow underneath the camera than to each side, but nothing sounds loose, all seems quite solid

When I went to a store and checked it with a new one and itdit not rattle.

I already called the provider and they are going to send me a new one.
