    Angry Not Reading Arabic Language

    Hi!

I have HTC HD Arabic Enabled. Due to some reason it stopped reading arabic. I went to HTC Distributor and he asked me to hard reset the device. I did reset the device and Arabic came back but now after some days it again stopped reading Arabic. Is there a way i can reinstall or repair it so that i don't have to hard reset it again?

    Thanks!

It is very difficult to even suggest a solution for you as they may be a variety of reasons why your device is encountering this problem.

Performing a hard rest and loosing data is a pain and I can understand your frustration.

It may be a conflict with another application you have installed?

It may be when you run low on memory system that the unit runs into trouble?

Could be a problem with a section of memory in the unit or even in a memory card?

Can you attempt to track the last things your were doing before the unit stopped working?

I would suggest that after doing a hard rest get yourself a decent backup application (SPB Backup or Sprite Backup are a couple of good ones) so at least you can restore you device again.

    Good luck.

Sorry for late reply. I performed a hard reset and took the backup after configuring E-Mail and installing Skype. I am not connecting it to my computer using activesync and till now it is working fine. I am able to read arabic. Can it be because of my computer or activesync?

    Thanks!

Have not heard or this type of problem being caused by Activsync.

Glad your unit is operational again though.

Monitor your changes especially when installing any new apps.
