Thread: New Touch HD owner quick question, advice needed please

Just picked up a Touch HD, used but in excellent condition.

I have a question - the homescreen with the white clocks and black theme....is this default with the phone when its new?

Mine has some other 'theme' that is different. I really like the black and white look

I'v done a hard reset on the phone and its stayed this way unfortunately.
Does the theme have a name?

Anyway, if anyone can help I'd be very greatful

On the Touch HD that user interface is called TouchFLO 3D

If you go to Start/Settings/Today/Items and deselect everything other than TouchFLO 3D it should come back.

If not listed then it may be influenced by the ROM installed to your device by the person who had it before you, especially if it isn't the original ROM

unfortunately TouchFlo isnt an option on the items tab.

At the moment 'HTC Sense' is selected

As for themes, I have..
Classic Blue
DVF Green
EnergyROM 2007
EnergyROM 2008
EnergyROM 2009
EnergyROM 2010
EnergyROM 2010 New
EnergyROM Transp Softkeys
HTC Black
...and some others that dont sound particularly default.

I would have thought HTC Black would be the original theme?
