Thread: Htc hd data transfer question

Hello all,this is my first post.
I have just moved from my trusty old HTC Touch Diamond to a HTC Touch HD, but was wondering about the best way to move all my contacts.
I sync regulalrly with my work pc and home laptop.
As they both phones use the same os, there must be an easy way of copying contacts data over? I don't sync with Outlook by the way.
Is there a contacts folder in my Touch Diamond that I need to copy across?
Any help appreciated.
